Today must be things we don’t have in America day on Oppo. Here in Mississippi we have a Peugeot Partner Tepee van I saw while making a run to the store earlier. Like in RPM esq.’s Seat post, it has Mexico plates.

Is America being invaded by Mexicans driving slightly lifted MPVs? The Teepee is even kind of rare here in Europe, since commercial vehicles turned passenger cars aren’t really that popular.

I often see a gasoline B-class near where I live.
Think some Canadians brought it here when they moved. Wisconsin plate says Canada

Well they are very practical to travel long distances while carrying a lot of stuff and you can take them on dirt roads without worrying about ground clearence too much. IMO I would much rather have a Partner Tepee than a normal compact SUV like a Rav4 unless I really needed AWD.

Is the Partner fwd or awd though? I didn’t see any other badging on this one so I don’t know what options you could have on it. All I really know is they do a commercial version and this one is the civilian version. Sort of reminds me of the smaller Transit as far as size goes.

This one didn’t seem to be in higher up compared to the commercial version imo, but I could be wrong. Is it the same way for the Transit over there for yall?

Did the B-Class replace the old A-Class or is it a different segment alltogether for Merc?

I think so. The new A-class looks more like a hatchback than the old one

Indeed. Iirc the old A-class wasn’t a big seller.
Also, I see you write on LaLD, but no Oppo privilege? I see you’re 14. We need more young car fans. I think it’s great to see teenagers with an automotive passion.

No AWD, FWD only but you can get some variants with a limited slip differential for some off road ability. I’m not sure if you can get it in the Tepee version though.

Of course I would be!
I don’t know if I’m still an Opponaut though... My low mileage Dart GT couldn’t stay out of the shop so I traded it.
For a Camry.
Which I love.
Shameful, right? I still own a Wrangler Rubicon though!

It should be small bit higher than the normal civilian version, to make it look more adventurous, which is also why it has the black bumpers with silver ‘skid’ plates.
The Partner is indeed a rival for the Transit Connects, which I don’t think I have even seen as a civilian version.
